Update your products feed with Feedcast

It's important to know that keeping your product feed updated is crucial to maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction. Feedcast makes this process simple and efficient. Here's how you can easily update your product catalog on Feedcast.


Step 1: Log in to Your Account

The first step to update your catalog is to log in to your Feedcast account. Make sure to use your correct credentials to access your user space.


Step 2: Access the Optimization Section

Once you've logged in, go to the left-hand side of your screen and click on the “Catalog” menu, then on “Manage Feed”. This section is designed to help you manage and track the status of your product catalog.




Step 3: Synchronize the Feed

In the Source view, you'll find the “Synchronize my feed” icon. By clicking on it, Feedcast will begin the process of updating your catalog with the latest available information. This step is essential to ensure that your catalog reflects the most up-to-date information on your products.


It is important to note that the request for feed synchronization can be performed once a day maximum. This limitation aims to ensure the efficiency of the system and to avoid overloads, thus guaranteeing optimal performance for all users.
