Add billing information to Microsoft Advertising
To start campaigns, it is essential to add your billing information. This allows Microsoft to bill you for the ads you run.
Here's a step-by-step guide to adding your billing information to Microsoft Advertising.
Step 1: Log in to your Microsoft Advertising account
- Go to the Microsoft Advertising website and log in with your credentials.
- If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to create one first.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Billing" section
- Once logged in, click on the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Billing and Payments".
Step 3: Select "Payment Methods"
- In the "Billing" section, you will see an option labeled "Payment Methods". Click on it.
Step 4: Add a new payment method
- You will be redirected to a page where you can see your current payment methods, if any.
- Click on "Add a payment method".
- Choose the type of payment you want to add: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank draft, etc.
- Fill in the required details for the chosen payment type.
Step 5: Confirm the addition of your payment method
- Once you've filled out all the necessary fields, click on "Submit" or "Confirm".
You will receive a notification confirming that your payment method has been successfully added.
Step 6: Set a default payment method (optional)
- If you have multiple payment methods, you can set one of them as the default method.
- To do this, click on the payment method you wish to set as default, then select "Set as default payment method".
